With your department’s needs in mind, Cenorin’s engineers have spent the last ten years focused on designing next-generation equipment that is as distinctive as it is functional. We’ve thought carefully about how to support infection prevention and department productivity by developing products that are easy to work with, easy to maintain and easy on the eyes. And we made sure that they also address the critical goal of helping you serve your patients more effectively and more efficiently. When you purchase a new piece of equipment from us, we want you to experience the relief of having a product designed to meet all of your needs – including the way it makes you feel about using it.

Our team has broad and deep experience making sure that your Cenorin equipment operates in peak condition.  Becoming a Cenorin Customer means you’ll have ongoing support for your routine needs and a high level of responsiveness for emergencies.

Our in-house Service Team can provide comprehensive troubleshooting for technical questions throughout your Cenorin equipment’s expected useful life. We frequently can diagnose an issue over the phone, walking you through the process of resolution. If onsite repair is needed, options are available to dispatch a certified local technician, expediting restoration to full service.

​

In addition to providing installation support and answering technical questions, our service offerings include Preventive Maintenance visits, repairs when needed, and onsite operational and service training. Our Service Team gladly partners with you in consultations about ways to optimize the performance of your existing and new Cenorin equipment.

Basic

  • Two 12-pack pre-filters or superfine filters

  • HEPA filter (if applicable)

  • Calibration instructions

  • Filter replacement checklist

  • Compliance documentation checklist

Silver

  • Scheduled onsite visit by qualified technician to perform preventative maintenance

  • Two 12-pack pre-filters or superfine filters

  • HEPA filter (if applicable)

  • Calibration instructions,

  • Filter replacement checklist

  • Compliance documentation checklist

Gold

  • Recirculating fan replacement

  • Heater/fan replacement,

  • HEPA blower replacement (if applicable)

  • Tube drying rack fan replacement (if applicable)

  • Scheduled onsite visit by qualified technician to perform preventative maintenance

  • Two 12-pack pre-filters or superfine filters

  • HEPA filter (if applicable)

  • Calibration instructions,

  • Filter replacement checklist

  • Compliance documentation checklist

Platinum

  • ​Comprehensive service package

  • Extended warranty on replacement parts for the 12-month period following initial PM visit

  • 1 emergency visit (if necessary) by qualified technician for the 12 month period following initial PM visit

  • Recirculating fan replacement

  • Heater/fan replacement,

  • HEPA blower replacement (if applicable)

  • Tube drying rack fan replacement (if applicable)

  • Scheduled onsite visit by qualified technician to perform preventative maintenance

  • Two 12-pack pre-filters or superfine filters

  • HEPA filter (if applicable)

  • Calibration instructions

  • Filter replacement checklist

  • Compliance documentation checklist

Gold
